Agile Modelling - pragmatic communication tools for the Whiteboard Warrior...

Agile Modelling focuses on direct and practical communication tools between the various roles of the team. We'll look at the mix (there's quite a few), what to use, when and how far do you really need to go (whiteboard sketch, notes on card, Visio diagram, etc). The "Whiteboard Warrior" is considered the champion of these tools - but some stuff goes beyond the whiteboard...

I thought the presentation was really well prepared and effectively delivered. As someone with light exposure to and wanting to learn more about Agile, I was able to follow and find this informative. I was impressed with the effort that went in to putting this together. The atmosphere was friendly, but professional. My appreciation to the Frontier Group for donating their space, equipment, & refreshments.

I've uploaded an Agile Modelling meta-model a long with a set of Agile Modelling Principles that Scott Ambler and myself have been working on the last couple of months - this will be the primary reference for this session, so feel free to take a look beforehand and come with your questions and ideas on how this can be further improved. www.ss.com.au/articles
