Body Rockers have a GREAT group of FIT MUMS who work out each week. We have fun exercising to music in the park and would love for you to be a part of it.
Each 45-minute session incorporates exercises to aid in weight loss, toning, building muscle and improving overall fitness.
We know how to shift unwanted baby weight and increase energy levels!
Classes include boxing, circuit, and weight training as well as regular challenges.
We provide onsite childminders so you can relax and enjoy your session with limited interruptions.
