This is our regular beginner's meetup for the 1st Sunday of every month going for 90 mins in a small group. Perfect for beginners, people who have just bought a camera and those wishing learn how to shoot better using manual settings. Do you want to improve your general photo taking skills? From learning about landscape photography to easy ways to take better photos of people and landscapes. FUN WALKABOUT This is a fun to learn walkabout tour. Where questions will be answered by professional Portrait and Landscape photographer Cyrus from Lighthouse Photography. Covering the basics of photography and more. WHAT YOU NEED • Closed shoes • Preferably an SLR camera, however, smartphone camera or compact camera is ok. • Enough battery & memory card space to last more than 1 hour. • No need for a tripod. • A bottle of water (optional). • 1-3 lens (if you have an SLR) and a camera bag • Bring your widest lens for landscapes, and a macro if you have one. • A mini notepad and pen (optional). ____________________ DIRECTIONS Meet on Jetty. From 3:30 pm to 8 pm Locations: * St Bernadette Catholic Church , Port Kennedy - Grand Ocean Boulevard and Strasbourg Ramble * Park and Beach * Then back to church for reception There will be a highly recommended dinner at Yum Cha House in Willetton on 21st from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm to discuss weddings in general and brief photographers.
