Change of Meeting! Dinner WEDNESDAY 19 December 7.30 pm Tarts cafe

Instead of meeting next Thurs we will meet next Wed 19 Dec at 7.30. It's a once only change and I'm hoping all can make it. This will be the last meeting for this calendar year and it seemed like it would be fitting to have an even more informal chance to build on the great rapport and interaction which has already been occurring in the group. We will leave open the discussion, if anyone would like to email example pieces for comments/ feedback please do so. There might be time to hear some Salman Rushdie from Cate, discuss the Perth Writers Festival + have a few bottles over a meal! Our last meeting produced lots of lively discussion around the kinds of writing members are doing or wanting to do, including much practical encouragement about the writing process. The theme of " editing" seemed to emerge as an undercurrent and this gave a particular relevance to the comments about the pieces of work which have been passed around by email, Gary
