This one off pop up Hatha Flow class will, honoring the traditional sun salutations and more core tightening postures than a lighter class.
Build upon a familiar vinyasa sequence with asanas and get guidance for new flow variations and asana tips from Will. Explore other areas of your body, not confined to the movement of the Ashtanga Primary Series.
Get out in the fresh air, facing the Swan River in the beautiful, Sir James Mitchell Park overlooking Perth City.

Receive guidance using core muscular and energetic locks, drishti (focused-gaze), correct alignment, breath-work and a deep commitment to self-love. Meet uncomfortable sensations and learn to sit beside them in an accepting level of awareness, with less and less resistance the more you practice. (This is what yoga is ultimately training your mind to do). Or just have fun and get fit in the fresh air!
