“This is a group for anyone interested in starting to run, get running for the first time, get back into running or wants to go from 0 - 5k and beyond. All skills levels are welcome. I started this group because to meet other outdoor fitness enthusiasts. Looking forward to exploring the outdoors and getting more people running with everybody.”


Who should join: Total beginners, rusty runners, want to get back into it would be runners...

* Why should members join: Is it to learn how to run, challenge current running skills and have fun? 

* What can members expect out of the group: Run Coaching courses, fitness courses and workshops for groups or individuals  

* Community: We will foster a supportive friendly environment where our members can learn without pressure to perform and improve at a pace that is right. 


We will need an up to date photo of yourself only.  This is most important for security and identification purposes.  We cannot accept membership without a clear photograph from which we can make identification.
