What we're about

The purpose of this group is to take that feeling of motivation you get after attending a Patient Experience meeting and recreate it at a regular cadence in our own community. This group should be a safe-haven for idea sharing and cross-industry collaboration as it relates to advancing the patient and caregiver experience in healthcare.

The goal of each meeting will be to provide each member with at least one insight, success story, answer to a question, etc. that will help us drive action within our organizations that moves the patient and caregiver experience forward.

Let's invite our peers in Patient Experience, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Operations, Information Technology, Innovation, Insights, Quality, Marketing, HR and more to share the successes, the failures, the challenges and the questions that we've experienced while working to improve patient and caregiver experiences throughou healthcare, improve business processes, innovate and improve the quality of care.

NO SELLING - only collaboration.

I'd like to engage folks from across industries with valuable experiences to share with the group. We'll leave ample time for networking and idea sharing. We'll plan to have a speaker for 15-30 minutes, Q&A and discussion for 15-20 minutes, and leave 30-40 minutes for networking.
