Darby DnD Campaign

Don's Mansion

1st edition Campaign based in the forgotten realms. Using a series of old school modules and 1st edition players handbooks if people are interested when we can play again because of the covid 19 shutdown of society. Or I can convert them to 5th edition. I intend to modify some things in first edition rules to eliminate the sexism and racism that was in the first rules... No Level limitations on races or strength limitations on Females. There will be other modifications too so that people will be able to have fun. All experience levels are welcome. I want to find 10 to 12 players, who can commit to playing a weekly campaign. It seems like a lot of people, but it is to cover those sessions when not everyone can make it. Also females are encouraged. This is held in a nursing facility with security cameras even in the room where we play. Mature kids are welcome with a parent participant. I am 52 years of age and disabled. One of the other players is older than I am and lives in Darby, but does not drive. I hope that someone will be able to pick him up and drop him off. He is a very good role player. The other couple is late 20's. Please start to sign up every week, and do not feel discouraged if I cancel. CDC can not keep us shut down much longer. Too many loved ones outside want to see their loved ones here who they have not seen for 5+ months. Alcohol is not permitted nor Narcottics.

I plan on holding these Fridays at 2 PM at the University of Pennsylvania bookstore. I'll probably be on the second floor surrounded by DnD books. Come get answers for your DnD questions! I've been playing DnD for 2-3 years and I love teaching/helping new players and building DnD characters. I have answers for your aasimars, solutions for your sorcerers, and builds for your bards.
