🐉🦢 D&D: Black Swan S21

Needs a location

🐉 The Black Swan campaign is full, unless we post a player search separately. If you're looking to play/dm, I suggest posting an event, happy to help. ~Anastasia

We'll set future games to Ted's place by default, since this is much easier for our DM's travel. I'll start adding our regular players to new black swan events as they're posted, so you'll receive all communications. If you can't attend a particular game, just update your RSVP to no..

Ted: DM

  1. Rebecca: Experienced
...Fuzzlemip Waywocket Quillbyn ("Fuzzle" for short) is a forest gnome monk with a tendency towards indecisiveness and, apparently, a knack for slaying water with her bare hands. As befits trainees of her temple, she strives to live in harmony with the opposing forces of order and chaos: The destructive power of chaos must be kept in check by order, but at the same
time, a measure of chaos is required so that order can renew itself and
thus persist in the long run.
  2. Anastasia: Newbie
.... Clara, Tiefling, Wizard, Urchin + familiar bat Stormagedon. Clara once discovered the elusive portal entrance to B.R.C. and devoted her studies to finding a way to stay more permanently in that realm, which currently appears in our existence for only one week a year and then expels all none natives. A bit of a cheerful, untethered, social hippy, not extremely patient, except with the less intellectually gifted ;) Fed up with the "glass cannon" stereotype.
  3. Kevin: Newbie
....Cur Tain. Nature Cleric that worships nature spirits. Lover of animals and bad healer. Caster of 'Animal Companionship' and lover of staying away from fights.
  4. Alex: Newbie
...Grim Skala's son (Skallasson), is a half-orc barbarian who, until recently, lived with his father's tribe called the Kraki. Though Grim is eager to tell stories of himself and of his people, he rarely tells any stories about his early years spent with the Kraki. His time with his tribe ended due to some sort of seemingly deadly accident (if it was an accident), and Grim has been wandering ever since. His goals are to win a name for himself so that history will forever remember him in a glorious light. He is, therefore, eager to perform incredible feats to awe and amaze, and just as eager not to tarnish his reputation with unseemly activities.
  5. Calhoun: Experienced
....Varis the wood elf bard, eats nuts, dresses all fancy.
  6. Sarah: Newbie
...Barbara is a half-orc paladin. She is 6 feet of muscle and wears a longsword, shield, and chain mail. Her armor looks lived-in - it's well taken care of but not polished and gleaming. Barbara comes from a medium sized town of no real importance, and makes her home on the road. Personality wise, she is generally a positive person (though sometimes she has to fight to keep it that way). She takes joy in using her gifts to smite evil.
  7. Tadeo: Newbie
...Arphaxad Alacus, Tiefling, Rouge, might go by another name sometimes. A card shark, from the ancient Thorloc, once a notorious gambler and burglar for hire, willing to bet no matter what, until a caper he got hired for wen wrong, which pushed him to leave Thorloc, now traveling the world in shame, and with the firm disposition of not making the same mistakes. He risks everything, as long as there is a reward and someone else who pays; crime for crime’s sake is not his cup of tea.
  8. Christian: xp
    Moony-But cleric?

Pathfinder 1st Edition Epic Campaign

Link visible for attendees

Greetings. This is a session -1 :)
The goal is to get together and discuss the viability of playing Pathfinder 1st edition (DND 3.75) in an in-person setting. I'm looking to organize a game that focuses on equal amounts of roleplaying/character development/storytelling, puzzles/intrigue/problem solving, and strategy/combat/giving the big bad evil guy what for. I prefer to referee but am open to suggestions. I prefer to play Pathfinder 1st edition but am willing to compromise. Please sign up and we'll meet online to see what common ground we have and go from there.

I will message everyone who has RSVPed to this event with a link about 10 minutes before the meeting.

🐉🦉 (Spots Open) Night Owls Short-Shot S2

Needs a location

🐉🦉 Spots are open, new players please RSVP and send Christian a message with your experience level and email address. This is a new 3-4 session one-shot for night owls, newbie & experienced players welcome! Full campaign possible thereafter. The plan's biweekly on Saturdays 10pm - 2am, in person, in Philly. Note that parking isn't great, and it's possible we'll go virtual for a session if needed due to extenuating circumstances. Third level characters. Please plan to be available for all 3-4 games.

For D&D newbies: You're very welcome to join, but you'll be asked to do a bit of prep pre-event. You'll get access to a folder with a few documents to read. You'll also be asked to choose a race and class for your character based on the readings, ready for your first event. DM Christian can help and answer questions pre-event.

A note from Anastasia: I personally believe that evil player characters, or those keen to screw with their own party, should be introduced only with consent from all players and DM. 21+. Lastly, please read about the "house rules" for all my events prior to reserving, and note the RSVP confirmations process (you'll need to confirm a week pre-event via comments):
