What we're about

The fifth season of Seger Park Pickleball will begin on April 25, 2019. Seger Park is located on Lombard Street between 10th & 11th Streets. Pickleball will be held Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm, weather permitting. All levels are invited. Parking is available at Acme ($10 from 4-12 pm ). The entrance is on 11th at Rodman Street. Street parking is also available. It is your responsibility to adhere to the parking requirements. There will be a $1 fee per player, payable at the beginning of play. You must pay first in order to play. The fee covers the costs of running the Meetup. The fee is not for profit. We provide paddles, balls, and instruction for newbies. Dress comfortably and wear sneakers. The rec center has bathrooms and a water fountain. For new players to Pickleball, we suggest viewing some YouTube videos prior to playing. You will get a sense of how the game is played so when you attend it won't seem so confusing. It will help you make sense of the game quicker.

If you have reserved a spot on the MeetUp and cannot attend, you must cancel promptly, no later than 3 pm on the MeetUp day. If you do not cancel and do not attend two times, your name will be removed from the MeetUp. In past years, there has been a waitlist every week. Please be considerate to the other players.

We are looking forward to another great Pickleball season.
