Have you seen all the "For Sale" signs hanging around in Center City? I've come to realize that with this current buyers market and with vacation rental opportunities (AirBnb, VRBO, etc.) growing everyday that there is a huge opportunity for investors looking to buy prime real estate and to reap the rewards.
This meetup would be a way for like minded people to get together and to hopefully form a real estate investment team which will scope out, purchase, and manage Center City real estate. We can discuss agreements, strategies, and any other topic that would be helpful.
