Private Lending & Raising Capital with Joseph Console Esq

Private lending is the highest level of making money without working but one must not get distracted by the high returns borrowers or fund managers promise them. Instead, as a private lender one must know how to see the return and all the risk associated with the opportunity or else they could end up losing their shirt? I have seen the above scenario happen many times and I have gone as far as working with the FBI and DA on several occasions to help investors try to reclaim their money. What I have realize from my experiences is that unless you do your due diligence correctly on your borrower, the opportunity & paperwork you are out of luck to reclaim your money.
