Getting Started with a WordPress Website

Join us for the June Philly WordPress Meetup! This month Reed Gustow (@tangofoxtrot) will be presenting on Getting Started with a WordPress Website. Some of the topics Reed will cover include:
Installing and configuring WordPress Creating content in WP Explaining themes, stylesheets, and templates Installing plugins and themes Working with WordPress Locally (using XAMPP) and more! As always there will be time for a questions and answer session at the end. Reed's presentation will be streamed into both rooms so everyone can participate.
This Meetup will have a focus on Beginners with no advanced topics.
Tickets for this event cost $5. Because of the space limitations we can only fit 40 people so we need to charge to verify everyone that RSVPs actually shows up. All money collected will be used for future Meetups, food, giveaways, etc.
The after gathering will be at the Triumph Brewing Company following the event (typically around 9pm)
