Content Creation: I can do that.

“Content creation? That’s not hard. I can totally do that.” Says the woman who used to write at least one blog post every single day for nearly a decade while finding time to produce and star in two weekly videocasts, and still maintain some semblance of a life.

Like many folx, Cami Kaos used to be a blogger. She wrote for group blogs, entertainment blogs, and her own personal blogs for a number of years. For a time, she was deeply nestled in the Mommy Blogger movement. Blog, blog, bloggity, blog... But it wasn’t just written content. Cami also used to create other content, like podcasts, videocasts, and daily vlogs.. And then something happened and she just… Didn’t do that anymore.

After years of publishing on WordPress, her focus switched from creating content to organizing the community around those using WordPress, building WordPress tools, and maintaining the WordPress project. While she still writes and posts frequently for work, her personal content creation projects have all but died out. Until now. Can she resurrect her content creation journey or is that content forever relegated to zombie mode, wandering the halls of the Internet Archives?

Join her as she dives back into the process of creating content in multiple formats/for multiple platforms with a frank discussion of how it goes, along with her best tips for figuring out what is blocking your content creation to overcome it and keeping yourself creating — or getting back on that zombie horse.
