Join us for a fun night of dancing under the stars, along with cocktails! I'd also say you get to enjoy one of the best views, in my opinion, in the City. And best of all its free of charge (Except for the drinks and food. Everyone is responsible for their own bills when ordering from the bar). Free salsa lesson coutesy of DJ Big George. Free Music provided by DJ George Dennis and DJ VSpice. The tables will be cleared from one side to prode room to dance while the other side will be have tables for you to enjoy your drink of choice and watch the sunset.
P.S. If you arrive for the 6 p.m. lesson, check the rsvp list to find your fellow members. I'll join you all at 6:30 p.m., as I will be coming from work directly to Bok Bar. If you see me on the dance floor, feel free to tap me on the shoulder and introduce yourself during a break in between songs or if I'm off the dance floor. Happy to give pointers and help with basics, given 8-10 years of acquired muscle memory - dancing both bachata and salsa socially in Philly's various venues, such as Brasil's, Lucha Cartel, etc.

Given the Summer is upon us, I'm changing up the format a bit. We will be grabbing take out coffee/java from the Di Brunos at this address: 834 Chestnut St #112 in The Franklin Condiminiums (not the Di Brunos at the corner of 18th and Chestnut or the Di Brunos in the Italian Market). We will then walk over to Washington Square Park, weather permitting that day. We'll pick a spot and you can sit on the respective towels/folding chairs/blankets that you bring ith you to seat yourselves comfortably on the grass.Look forward to seeing everyone whom can make it, as schedules permit. As always, if you're not feeling well, please refrain from attending the event.

Just to be clear since there was some confusion before, this is for a LEAGUE(dates below). The event date is when you should REGISTER by, we aren’t meeting up on that date! We have an absolute blast every time we bowl. Big reminder: you have to register/pay through the leagues website in order to be a part of the league, not just RSVP here :)
I'm a terrible bowler - is it a competitive league?
No - the league is super social so the more gutter balls you throw, the better! Whether you're a great bowler or a terrible bowler, the league is a fun way to socialize and meet new people
Isn't bowling for, like, grandparents?
Not in this league! If you're looking to socialize with tons of young professionals in their 20s-30s-40s, this is the league for you. Plus afterwards everyone usually hangs out at the bar playing games and having some drinks!
