Get outdoors with us! We are excited to offer programs again! Our volunteer leaders are committed to safe, fun, & responsible community events. For each Outing, we will follow the current CDC, public health, and Sierra Club safety guidance.
This Meetup was for our regular Sierra Club outings in and around Philadelphia, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties but now includes all of Pennsylvania Chapter Outings.

Join the Sierra Club Pennsylvania Chapter for our family friendly weekend-long Annual Outing at Hickory Run State Park! Sierra Club friends, partners, staff, and members from across the state get together once a year for a weekend of camping, hiking, swimming, grilling, and exploring together.
This completely free event is located at Hickory Run's Group Cabin Campground (think summer camp!) so you don't need to own a tent to participate, and beginning campers are encouraged to attend! These are rustic cabins, but there are a few locations with electricity if you need it for a medical reason. Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed at the group campground but there are dog friendly sites at the family campground down the road if you would like to camp and explore on your own.
Additional details will be shared with participants closer to the event! Please let me know if you need any sort of accommodations to fully participate in our weekend. Can't wait to see you there.
