Bhakthi is a hands-on technical Solutions Architect primarily focused on delivering efficient and competitive business solutions on SharePoint Technology platform. He is passionate about the relationship between business and technology, and how the latest technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems by providing effective tools and solutions.
Bhakthi has been in the IT industry for more than 14 years and has been working with SharePoint technologies for more than ten years. In previous engagements, he was involved in providing strategy, implementation and support guidance to a wide range of clients in various industries including Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Health and Manufacturing and gained wealth of domain knowledge in those industries.
Bhakthi is also involved in SharePoint community activities and a frequent speaker at SharePoint Saturday and other community events, and heavily involved in promoting and evangelizing SharePoint product by presenting at various SharePoint users groups (NJSPUG, CTSPUG) in the tri-state area.

Business Intelligence plays a key role in today’s business and is considered central to identifying new opportunities within an organization. More and more companies are turning to Business Intelligence (BI) solutions (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, custom reporting tools) to provide a strategic business advantage. The session will cover an overview of the BI framework, key terminology and techniques, and how Agile principles can be successfully integrated with a BI project.

Jessy is working as a Sr. Business Intelligence Architect with UnitedHealthcare for the last five years. She has led the design and development of various BI Projects and implemented them by collaborating with the business and development teams. She has been in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence area for eight years and has been in the IT industry for more than 22 years. Jessy is a Certified Business Intelligence Professional and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Jessy is settled in Philadelphia since 1996, prior to that she worked as an IT Consultant in India, Europe, and California.
