Elixir Book Club Kickoff Meeting

This will happen online (prob via Google Hangout depending on attendance/RSVP count). URL to come.

At this kick off meeting for the Elixir Book Club we'll propose the book(s) we'd like to read and vote on our choice. We'll also coordinate meeting days and times for those interested in attending.
