ASP.NET Core WebAPI and Middleware

Details

This will be the third of five labs on ASP.NET Core. You will need Visual Studio 2017 installed (Community, Pro, or Enterprise). You can also use Visual Studio Code (especially our Linux friends). Either one can be downloaded from here:

https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/

We will be using the Visual Studio Code editor You can find the editor for your system (Mac/Linux/windows) at code.visualstudio.com (https://code.visualstudio.com/)

You will also want to get C# for Visual Studio Code from marketplace.visualstudio.com (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode.csharp)

The Tooling for your OS can be found at https://www.microsoft.com/net/download
If you aren't sure what version of DotNET you have you can check at the command line with the following command:
dotnet --info

For the WebAPI portion we will be using this tutorial:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/tutorials/web-api-vsc?view=aspnetcore-2.1

We will be using a project from GitHub. Check back later for details.
