Phila EdTech Meetup - Networking and Panel "EdTech Design and Trends"

For our next Meetup we will network and then have a panel who will discuss the nuts and bolts of the Educational Technology space - what works and trends we are seeing now. We will have instructional designers, educators, and people who have businesses or environments that provide instructional spaces or tools. We'll provide the snacks and location, you come with questions! Save the date! Look forward to seeing you all, as well as new members.

Our Panel Members will be:

Jason Rappaport - Founder, Good Semester; Jim Keller - Principal, Context, LLC; Dan Lopez - Founder, Lessonsmith; Jessica Morris - Instructional Designer, La Salle University; Chris Lehmann, Principal of Philadelphia Science Leadership Academy

We are thrilled to announce that Chris Lehmann will also be on our panel. Chris is the founding principal of the Science Leadership Academy, the most progressive science and technology high school in Philadelphia, PA as well being one of the most well known educational thought leaders in the country. His school, The Science Leadership Academy, is one of the pioneers of the School 2.0 movement nationally and internationally.

Too much philosphising and not enough discussion of actual activities and trends. No discussion of particular cases as exemplars.
