For many years, one of FastRuby.io’s core productized services has been the Roadmap to Upgrade Rails. This year, we set out to take it a step further: creating an automated version of that product.

In this talk, Fiona will share the structure of what we built, the obstacles we encountered along the way, and the lessons we learned while bringing the Automated Roadmap to life.
