Hi, I'm a teacher and TESL materials writer (mostly on-line), and I'm especially interested in how we move towards a religion-free morality. Religion has been so huge that it is hard for many people to think of morals without religion. We need to.

What Nick S. is saying about this Meetup Group

I think it's a great idea, and I also think you could charge something for your own time and effort, as some Meetups do. I don't know how much the room costs, but if you accepted 30 people, charged us (say) a fiver or even a tenner each, would that cover the room and leave something over for the organizers? On the whole I think events work better when they pay for themselves, and that includes the time of the organizers. You're not going to get rich! Thank you for your efforts. Nick Shepherd
