What we're about

Each month will consist of a weekly group training session designed by Phoenix Endurance. Every week will alternate a group swim, bike, and running workout.

This group is great for anyone interested in participating in a triathlon or is looking for a consistent training group for their next competition.

Beginners are encouraged to come. The focus will be on triathlon training, but all are encouraged to hop in during the month to get a great workout in.

For first timers: bring a friend that you can partner up with to stick with you during run days and cycling.
