Ian West is an E-Commerce consultant and software developer with Morrison Consulting. He has spent the past 7 years leading and helping small business owners, and operators, from a wide variety of industries, through their unique challenges of selling goods or services online. Outside the office, he is an avid gamer and ESports fan, who occasionally enjoys backpacking and exploring the remote wilderness of Arizona. He is currently most excited about the impact that future progressive web apps will have on E-Commerce, and helping his stores to fully utilize the recent innovations with all-in-one CRM software packages, and their marketing automation tools.
