So many of us are having a hard time dealing with anxiety, fear and stress, especially during this incredibly challenging time. Yoga Nidra guided meditations will help you find the calm you need. Join us and experience the transformational power of guided meditation and breathwork. We'll guide you to calm, clarity and strength.

These meditations, guided by Rebecca Lane, founder of Breathe People, will help you free yourself from a feelings of anxiety, fear, anger and overwhelm, and will replace them with calm and clarity.

Each event includes a 30 - 45 minute deeply restorative and healing yoga Nidra guided meditation session. Rebecca also includes at least one breathwork practice that you can use whenever you need a calming release.

Some events will include sound bath healing as well

Events include online group meditations, in person group meditations and in person workshops throughout Phoenix.

Yoga Nidra guided meditations are simple, yet profoundly powerful tools. This type of meditation guides your mind to step aside (ie. stop the crazy chatter) and allows your body to restore itself.

The positive effects are immediate. Just one 30 minute guided meditation can give you the same benefit as 2 hours of sleep. And practiced over time, they will guide you through deep transformation.

You may think you can't meditate, but that's not true. This type of meditation is so simple- in fact, the power is in it's simplicity. If you can lay down, close your eyes, and listen to my voice, you can meditate. There's absolutely no experience necessary.

Some meditation events are in person and some are hosted ONLINE, so you can join from anywhere.

Please note: In person meditations will require payment to help offset our costs to host events. However, all online meditations are donation based and while offerings are much appreciated, they are not necessary. Everyone is welcome to online meditations despite financial ability. If you can't offer a financial donation, please consider to pay it forward by an act of kindness to a stranger or friend.

Anxiety + Stress Release Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation- ONLINE

Welcome back friends! After a summer off, I'm back and ready to connect with you for online mediatations and IN PERSON SESSIONS + WORKSHOPS! I can't wait to meet you all in person!

This event is a special online Yoga Nidra guided meditation designed for those who are feeling the extra weight of stress, anxiety and fear as a result of our current global climate. This unique kind of stress runs deep. We hold our emotions in our bodies and left unchecked, we slide into chronic stress, pain and eventually disease.

I've created this Yoga Nidra guided meditation to help you to release stress trapped in the body, to balance the mind/body relationship, and to leave you feeling calm and in control.

Meet with me online Wednesday October 20th and we'll connect with our breath, our hearts and our spirit. You'll come out feeling stronger, calmer and clearer.

We will meet via zoom at 6pm and have a short discussion on our current global climate and it's affect on our body, mind and spirit. I will introduce the foundations of yoga nidra and its positive effects on our physical and mental health.

After the introduction, we'll turn to the 30 minute recorded meditation practice I created just for this session which will be loaded onto my podcast (I'll send you the link to listen along).

After listening to the meditation, we'll meet back up on Zoom and have a short Q+A. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have, or you're welcome to share your experience with the group.

This is an ONLINE event. I will send you a private zoom link to the meditation 30 minutes before session begins.

This is a donation based guided meditation. If you know of someone who would benefit from an emotional release, please invite them. All are welcome. No one will be turned away for inability to donate.
