What we're about

We are an inclusive group of photographers from beginners to professionals.

Our emphasis is on the artistic approach to photography. We encourage experimental technique. Our focus is on fine art and an artistic approach to street photography, portrait, landscape, cityscape, urban exploration, and studio work.

Photo Society will sponsor group photography outings as well as provide exceptional hands on classes in a variety of subjects: portrait, fine art, light, light painting, studio lighting, lightroom, exhibits, publication, and business.

Observation Deck

1201 Wilson Blvd

$20.00

RSVP deadline is Saturday March 16. Ticket cost $20. Other photography safari groups are charging up to $100 to go on this location with an instructor and a tripod. This adventure, will be limited to 10 photographers and guest(s) from this group. On location with me as your instructor. We are getting a waiver for tripods. And the cost is $20 a ticket. The meetup allowed me to indicate that this is payable to me via Paypal or cash/check which you can mail to me. But then that info doesn't appear to be showing up. To reserve your ticket use Paypal and send the $20 as a friend to [masked]. Message me if you prefer to mail in the fee. Also, you are welcome to bring along a non-photographer guest, their price will also be $20 a ticket. This is the link to the website. As you see there is seating and a bar on that deck level. If you purchase your ticket directly, you may not be able to bring your tripod and will not be eligible for the reduced rate. Also once you purchase a ticket, if you are unable to attend, you will be responsible for finding a replacement or the loss. https://www.theviewofdc.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1dy8x-uB4QIVCB-GCh3Nqw-6EAAYASAAEgKV5PD_BwE
