Workshop: Montezuma NWR Fall Migration


Details
During this 2 hour tour, Phil will drive you through the Wildlife Refuge, pointing out possible subjects and shots. Phil will also show you the resources at the visitor's center and why it's important to use them.
This will be a safari-style tour with very little walking as we shoot from the comfort of a vehicle. :-)

Possible animals include: Great Blue Herons, Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Muskrats, Carp, Ducks, Geese, Swans, Cranes, White Tailed Deer, and more!
Parking:
The park has dedicated, free parking.
Suggested Items to Bring:
- DSLR (recommended, but not required)
- Wide-angle lens (for sweeping views)
- Telephoto lens (for getting the details)
- Tripod (for long reach photos)
- Beanbag (for resting on the car door. Make your own with a bag of rice and an old sock!)
What to Expect:
Each student is free to photograph whatever subject matter they'd like, being respectful of the park. Phil will provide some basic tips to the group and hands on instruction to each student as requested.
Payment:
The fee is $55 per student, paid by credit card when you RSVP. This class is limited to 3 students.
Additional Information/Changes:
Any new information will be emailed to those who have RSVP'd, if necessary.
