DSLR Workshop - BEGINNER CLASS 2

This is the second workshop aimed at the beginner who wants to learn how to use their DSLR to get consistently great photographs by understanding the basic principles of photography.

COURSE 2 will consist of:

• An introduction to further basic photography principles.

• We'll be looking again at all of the controls and learning how they all work together to create the correct exposure.

• We'll start to develop a greater understanding of how to control our camera to get the results we want, including shutter speed, f-stops (aperture) and ISO.

• We'll also be looking at lenses, composition and some tips and tricks to create more professional looking photographs.

I'll also be going through some of my favourite travel photographs and discussing how I shot them, the decision making process behind them and some of my editing techniques to make the pictures 'pop'.

The lessons will take place in my photography tudio in Waterloo. We're in UNIT 2, also known as The Cottage. It's in the right hand corner of the main garden, next to the wooden gates. Call if you need directions! 07500828711

You'll need to bring your DSLR camera, a memory card and a full battery.

The session will start at 7pm and finish approximately 9.30pm.

Cost: £35 per person.

Payment can be made via PayPal or in cash on the day.
