I wasn't planning a workshop/Meetup for this weekend, but I had an opening so let's get some shooting in.

This is a "Back to the Basics" workshop. We'll shoot a model with off camera flash with just the basic gear.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate looking to add to your portfolio, this is a great time to do it.

I cover all the basics of gear, exposure, posing, and getting great images with the simplest equipment.

Gear:

Speedlight and basic settings

Umbrella: Reflective and shoot through

Lightstand

Umbrella Bracket

Radio Triggers (If I have my Phottix's, we'll use those)

Basic reflectors and the California Sunbounce Micro Mini

If there is time or if the class is advanced, we'll add a flash!
