Waterfall Workshop - Spring Torrents

Ever wanted to capture a stunning waterfall image - well now you can. Under the expert guidance of professional photographer, Ian Murray, you can spend a very full and fun filled day exploring New Hampshire's exquisite waterfalls. You will spend time on the Kancamagus Trail and in the North Conway/ Jackson area honing your skills while visiting several waterfalls. You will learn techniques for capturing the scene in the best possible way; how to translate the power and beauty of the waterfalls into stunning images. Suitable for all levels, but the best results will require a digital SLR and a tripod.

We will leave the Boston area at approx 7am and travel to the Kancamagus trail where we will meet at a stunning waterfall for a morining photography session. There will be a short 10 minute uphill walk through woodland on a well defined path to reach the waterfall.

We will then move on to North Conway for Lunch.

After lunch we will head out to Jackson for a visit to Jackson Falls, then on through Crawford Notch to explore more waterfalls. We will search for the usual fox that likes to pose for photographs along the way. All the waterfalls are easily accessible and witihn easy walking distance of the parking lot.
We head back to Boston arriving late.

Group Size is strictly limited. Transport is not included. You will be expected to travel independently and/or car pool with other participants. For lunch you have the option of bringing your own or eating in one of the many excellent cafes and restaurants in North Conway. I normally recommend a very good Deli where you can find a variety of salads, meals and fantastic sandwiches for a very reasonable price.

Cost is $125 per person - booking early is essential.
