Our weekly workouts offer accountability and FUN! If you've heard of P90X or Insanity* and wondered what they were like, try them out in a group setting!
Perhaps you own a Beachbody workout program, but struggle to commit at home. Join us, we are Beachbody Coaches and we will help to keep you motivated.
People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Bring some water, a towel and a great attitude! Feel free to bring a friend, we look forward to seeing you at 8pm!
