I set up this group to help members explore and develop honest self-expression using TaiJiQuan and QiGong, a healing and wellness philosophy which has been documented in China for thousands of years on jade tablets, tapestries and in cultural classics.

The secondary aspect of what we practice is the ongoing development of your natural survival instincts for self-protection.
