What we're about
Let’s unite to protect our bones! In this Meetup, we will do bone-safe activities to strengthen our bones and improve bone resilience. The intention is to heal ourselves through physical activities, group support, and resource sharing. We will announce classes, lectures, and workshops. We invite physical therapists, nutritionists, and other bone health professionals to participate and post related events. We encourage members to lend their expertise as well, from nutrition education to yoga for bone health to sharing the latest bone research. We welcome those with osteopenia, osteoporosis, and others who want to prevent these conditions. Join us on our journey to better bone health!
