The ideal clothing for class shows the alignment of the body, is comfortable and stretchy (not baggy) e.g. leggings, shorts, t-shirts & socks. Please bring a medium-sized towel (for head support). For our Night Out your choice of glamour: heels, makeup, outfit.... I can help you with makeup and your 'overall look'.
