Start your weekend off right and join us for Pilates on the beach! Develop core strength and improve flexibility as we work out together with a low-impact outdoor Pilates mat workout. Leave feeling stretched and energized! I am trained and certified in the classical Joseph Pilates method to teach beginner and intermediate mat classes. All fitness levels and ages are welcome!

WHAT IS PILATES? A mind-body exercise system of controlled movements using a mat or a variety of equipment. Originally known as Contrology, it was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s and focuses on alignment, breathing, developing strong core muscles, and improving coordination and balance.
