This is a Beautiful, totally inspiring space to workout. Free Parking! Meet up on the first Beach to the left BEFORE the Dunedin Causeway Bridge. Bring water, towel and a light set of weights (3-10 lb.). We will warm up then perform a series of exercises to work your entire body finished by a cool down and stretch.
