Introdution to Bayesian networks in HUGIN

Anders L Madsen will provide an introduction to Bayesian networks in HUGIN software. The focus will be on understanding and building Bayesian networks and less on computational aspects of inference. The introduction will include example models and show how models can be run using the HUGIN Application Programming Interface.

In addition to providing an introduction to Bayesian networks, the presentation will include a couple of examples of real-world models from transportation, finance and industry.

Finally, the attendees will be offered the opportunity to solve a couple of hands-on exercises building Bayesian networks using the HUGIN Graphical User Interface.
