Since we're still struggling as a country and the world to contain this Covid Pandemic, we’re continuing to have virtual meeting until we can be sure we can keep everyone safe in an in-person setting. At this point I'm going to guess that we will be virtual for the rest of this year at a minimum.
So with that said, I am happy to announce our next virtual meeting which will be held on August 31st, 2021 from 6:00 - 7:30pm EDT. the presentation is 60 minutes long and we're leaving plenty of time at the end for Questions. We will be teaming up with Glen Lepage and the Central Massachusetts SWUG), Craig Lalumiere and the Northern Vermont SWUG as well as Roy Whitehead of the Broward FL SWUG for this meeting. Welcome members of these three groups.

Are you saying to yourself " I don't do sweepy stuff, why do I need to know about surfacing". I used to say this myself but there are a lot of different uses for surfacing commands that can be used with general blocky/planer models. There is some great content in this presentation for everyone of all levels and we couldn't ask for a better Presenter, the Infamous Toby Schnaars, one of the best and most knowledgeable presenters in the CAD industry!!!!

Presentation Description:
In this 60-minute presentation, Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert Toby Schnaars will share help users become acclimated with the basics of surfacing tools in SOLIDWORKS. He will also show common techniques used in surface modeling. Along the way Toby will sprinkle in some of his favorite SOLIDWORKS tips and tricks.
Speaker BIO:
Toby Schnaars began using the SOLIDWORKS '98+ software in October of 1998. He began working for a Philadelphia based SOLIDWORKS reseller as an instructor and tech support engineer in 2001. He has fielded over 10,000 tech support cases and been the head instructor for over 200 SOLIDWORKS training classes. Toby recently joined the team at DASSAULT SYSTEMES SOLIDWORKS, where he provides support and advisement for the 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS reseller and user community.
