What we're about

This is a group for anyone wanting to learn more about Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness topics in a casual environment. We want to bring together those who are seeking information with those who are able to make this information easily accessible and understandable. We meet bi-monthly at the Twentieth Century Club in Oakland. There are so many of us doing this work individually - we'd like to come together and really create the movement that our community is ready for! Whether you are seeking to understand more about Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness topics or you are someone who is well-versed in this field, we'd love to meet you.
