9:30pm get to market square and give out gifts! Ice Skating Rink and Xmas Village! Then take T to Incline to get to Mt. Washington!

11pm Redbeards Mountain Resort and Yacht Club in Mt. Washington. How in the Heck are we getting here? that's on yinz n'at! Be inventive.

MIDNIGHT- Meet on MT. WASHINGTON OVERLOOK BY MONONGAHELA INCLINE for one last GROPE PIC before Santa dances his Arse off at Sloppy Joes In Mt. Washington!
