It’s the New Roaring 20s, and Phat Man Dee is bringing her jazz band The Cultural District and featured dancers Sundae Service and Christine Andrews to show us how it’s done! Musicians include Howard Alexander, Reggie Watkins, Dennis Garner, Lars Swanson, Miguel Sague III, special guest accordionist Steven Irwin!
