Ecstatic Drum & Dance - Awaken the Tribe!

We're bringing Ecstatic Dance back with power and spirit after a December hibernation and pulling out the percussion for an Ecstatic Drum & Dance Celebration to call in the New Year and Awaken the Tribe!!

The call to action is to step into the circle, check in with ourselves, and to Dance & Drum & Live Out Loud - declaring through our bodies what we are ready to AWAKEN within ourselves and within our community!

The Opening Circle will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 min in advance to register and settle in so that we can start the opening circle together and co-create a sacred space!

We'll have a HUGE supply of percussion instruments for you to play with and a percussion-friendly World Fusion music mix to move and play along with!

As always, the energy will move in an arch from chill and meditative, increasing in energy, building to stomp-worthy chaos & transformative fire, releasing & opening through playfulness, and melting back into chill and still.

Bring your shakers, your drums, your clankers and flutes, your grooving bodies and your dancing feets!

Ecstatic Dance gatherings are are designed to support even the most uncertain and inexperienced “mover” into a personal journey of self-expression through movement, encouraging creativity & self-acceptance, while connecting us in community.

Come as you are ~ Move as you wish! No dance experience needed; No steps to learn. All bodies and physical ability levels are most welcome. ♥

Dancing is in bare feet, socks, or shoes depending on your preference. Feel free to dress up and go all out, or dress down and just be.
