This session is for those who have interest in the cloud. We are going to be covering the basics of Microsoft Azure SQL Database and the Azure Portal. We will discuss how an Azure SQL Database differs from a native on premise SQL Database and hit the cloud running!

Speaker: Corey Beck
Corey Beck is a SQL Server Database Administrator and a member of the SQL Server Architect Team for RDX (Remote DBA Experts) based in Pittsburgh, PA. He has worked with hundreds of clients on various solutions within the SQL Server environment for both on premise and in the cloud. He is also part of a program at RDX that helps train and mentor junior DBA’s throughout the organization.
