this past weekend, the pittsburgh pug group lost a member. libby was taken from her mom, marci and her older sister, marley on sunday at the age of about a year and half. obviously, the last couple days have been very, very difficult for marci. she is devastated by the sudden loss of her precious pug. just last monday, libby was her usual playful self but it did not take long for the Pug Encephalitis to take her away. it is so scary that a disease like this can take away our pets and best friends so suddenly. my heart breaks for marci when i think about what she is going through. libby meant the world to marci and just like many of us her pug was a lot more than just a pet. if anyone has any kind words that may help her get through this, please send her an email: marci.kerr@pnc.com

thank you and when you are giving your pugs hugs today...think of marci and libby
