Understanding Animal Medicine

Details
Have you ever wondered why you seem drawn to particular animals?
First Peoples' rituals and practices are rooted in the belief that all aspects of Life and Spirit are connected. When a certain animal crosses our path or comes to our awareness, we can pause to consider the possible lesson, message or medicine being brought to us by our brother or sister. The traits, strengths and tendencies of the animal (its medicine) can help heal, support, strengthen, restore, empower, encourage, caution and sustain both our spiritual and physical beings.
Curious about the possible medicines these animals are bringing to you?
Join us for understanding Animal Medicine and Messages on May 20th at A Place of Light. Located at 374 Main Street, Cherry Valley 01611. This workshop will be an opportunity for each person in attendance to learn how to listen to our animal brothers and sisters in a way that will allow us to hear the personal messages brought to us.
We will meet on 7/15 and 7/29 for a two part workshop, from 2 to 4 PM. It will be necessary to attend both sessions, and the cost is $75.
Looking forward to your joining us for this true understanding our animal friends’ medicine.
Our facilitator, Eaglewind, is of the Mohawk Nation, but studied with the Lakota Lodge in Massachusetts and was their fire keeper. Eaglewind brings the authentic way of the First People to all who are willing to listen to their hearts and connect with all their relations.
