Healthy Holiday Cooking Demo

Plant Powered Metro New York will be returning to Bronx CookSpace (under WHEDco) to present a holiday cooking demonstration featuring oil-free, whole food, plant-based dishes to keep you merry this season.

Registrants will get to sample the following dishes prepared by PPMNY organizer Vivian Lee. She earned her eCornell Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
