What we're about
This is a group focused on the whole foods plant-based nutrition approach to health. We have lots of fun things to do, including film screenings, seminars, campfires with live music and potlucks. The goal is to share and encourage a plant-based nutrition lifestyle to prevent, reverse, and heal chronic disease. Evidence based nutrition has proved that a whole foods plant-based diet can reverse and heal a plethora of diseases plus you feel so much better eating plant-based food. The group's purpose is to reach out to friends and acquaintances that are not experiencing the energy and vitality that plant-based eaters enjoy and need some help to change their eating habits.
