This Sunday:
A Discussion with StoicDan on: “Unsatisfied - Can we buy our way to happiness?”
Compared to history, we are living in a time of great abundance. Store shelves showcase thousands of products, and many new products are being developed. Is this 'horn of plenty' enriching our lives? Or is it a distraction? StoicDan will present arguments for and against Consumerism, plus ideas from economics and philosophy. We'll also hear the voices of Adam Smith, Henry David Thoreau, Elon Musk, Malcolm Gladwell, and a personal story from Gandhi's grandson.
Join the Inquiring Minds discussion – be educated; be wise.
Coffee? Yes.
