What we’re about
Plenty-o-Gefiltefish provides unattached Jews in the Greater Toronto Area who are 50 years and better, a place to meet, mingle, share common interests, socialize, meet friends new and old, and participate in our various activities. We are warm, welcoming and open to all!
Plenty-o-Gefiltefish is a not-for-profit group run by volunteers and we look forward to your participation and welcome suggestions for events.
To join Plenty-o-Gefiltefish you will need to answer 3 questions: Are you Jewish? Are you 45 or older? Are you unattached? (Unattached includes those who are single, divorced, separated or widowed.). For identification purposes, we require you to upload a photo that clearly shows your face.
You can read more about how Plenty-o-Gefiltefish works here. We charge a $2 Meetup fee to attend our events. We ask that if your plans change and you can’t attend an event, change your RSVP to No. “No-shows” make it difficult for us to plan and can prevent another member from attending an event. If someone is a “no-show” repeatedly, they will be required to pay in advance.
