Life can become overwhelming and draining with all the demands of work, home, and community. Pausing to replenish our mind, body and soul is essential to finding balance and equanimity. This group is for those who would like to start a mindfulness meditation practice or enhance their personal practice.

Please bring a mat or towel. I will have chairs available.
