1. Short Concept Intro (5 min): A quick dive into what Epics are, how they differ from features, and their role when scaling Agile (e.g., in SAFe, LeSS, or other frameworks).
2. Case Study & Challenge (10 min): We will share a real-world scenario—a common challenge we’ve faced when working with Epics across multiple teams. We'll present the problem for you to consider.
3. Coaching & Discussion (15 min): We open the floor for Q&A, brainstorming, and joint problem-solving. This is your chance to discover solutions and explore new perspectives!
